If your child is struggling to regulate their emotions, overcome anxiety or you are concerned about their behaviour, Unlock Psychology can offer support.

The first step is an initial consultation where you meet with Helen to tell me a bit about your child and discuss your concerns. From here we will make a plan for next steps. This could involve assessment, observation, 1 to 1 support sessions or referral to an alternate appropriate support service. As every child and situation is different, your next steps will be personalised to so support your child and family’s needs.

The initial consultation cost is $195.
